WISH and HOPE

One day I saw a boy, who sitting on the wheel chair look unhappy. His smiles goes down but the eyes was glimmering staring on a group of friends playing "cop and robber" in front. He try to stand up with clenched his teeth and endure the pain of body, just to see friends playing on the different view(look them by standing is different 50cm compare sitting)... But he fail!! However he didn't give and try again for the second attempt, third attempt...and so on. Every pedestrian who passing him, have a weird look on him, pity look on him. But all this irritated eyes look had totally ignored by this boy. In his mind, he will think that everyone thought it is useless to try, he just get himself more pain and worst; go back home, wheel chair's boy; mission impossible...etc. The only things in his mind was wish to stand up and look his friends with +50cm view by own!!!

Every single human in this world is thinking to make own wish come true, but sometimes it may not get smoothly as thought. The more eager to make wish wish come true, the more disappointment will get by the end. That's why people think rather than no wish, than perhaps won't suffer so much; wish only bring come the pain. But just because the existence of wish, no matter how hard we feel, how pain it was, how hurt it may; we can endure all of it. Even thought the outcome was scary, hurting, and unhappy; we still can not lost of it.

Hopes!! for a lot of people, it contain different meaning of this word. Everyone have the unique hope in life and live in this world. Some hope is for own sake; some hope is for other people sake; but nobody in this world can guarantee the hope will be fulfilled by the end of days. Since there was no guarantee on it, shall we still strong holding on believe it??? W.Shakespeare did wrote this : "Hope is the only strong medicine that can cure any hard disease/pain".  When one human is suffering of pain, hope just alike a warm songs that can comfort the pain.  

Is good if own hope can be fulfilled, but sometime it will lead to hope  disappointment on others people. Give up on any of it, will definitely need huge of scarify. Nobody can tell you how to make the decision unless "you" yourself!

When we saw the scene of a football player refuse to cutting down some damage/infected legs from his body, but still insist have it for once again hope to standing/playing on the field. Sometime, some hope seem unrelated to us, and then we will puzzle on why this/that fellow crazy on protecting the infected leg, the virus will spread to other body system and causing death, since it already impossible for him to play football and the hope is just mission impossible. But if we putting heart on feeling it, we will realise that no matter how big/how small was the hope, we had to respect it. No matter what come in the end, if we still can hoping and be hope, it was lovely. And just because we still breathing in this earth, if hope can not be realise, there will be another new hope take lead along our life journey, until our last breath!

Recap of Inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Youth Camp 2012

In the past few days, i been attending this Inaugural Diversity & Inclusion Youth Camp 2012. It's the first event that happening to be collaboration between UTM and UCSI in other words will be government university and private university. There was a movie called GADOH being display during the event first day. For me, it wasn't a usual movie that I watched in cinema, it was totally a different perspective of movie to bring out the value of people. I was touched at the end of the movie,  cause it really reflected to what happening around us which we always ignorance about it.

"Melayu is lazy, Chinese is greedy and Indian is liar" people always saying this. But doesn't you feel hurt? Frankly, I feeling irritated and hurt... For a people who are mix-blood, sometimes they puzzle where they should stand???   We are under one country, under one community, can't us just be inclusive about each other. We can live in peranakan community, where we sharing others culture and accept it. Chinese eat with hand, malay eat with chopsticks. If there's unity and tolerance between each others, the diversity gap between human can be solved.

Most of the people like to jump to conclusion/ judgement when they heard or saw a problems. For example, when you see your friend in a shopping mall, which he/she just refuse your invitation to watching a movie. Most of the people will think of "he/she doesn't like me or he/she doesn't wanna to be friend with me", and the next things people do is unfriend/dislike the friend. Most of us will doing this without going through the ladder of inference, without giving chances for explanation, without seeking for evidences, and straightly come to judgement with adding all of own interpretation and meaning. This things always hurting other people, especially if the friend wasn't mean that, but he/she really had to company parent's for some important reasons.

What you see and heard doesn't true if you didn't get clarify from that person! The things that you know sometime is less than the things that you do not know. So we shall try to learn more by listening others people, finding more information, accepting with open minds and heart. Don't ever judging a people by looking on appearance.

Communication is a way to connecting all the people. However, communication can be a tool of starting of war. When the moment you mention " Malay friends like to copy other people work", it can be very racialist as it sound like all the malay also having this kind of attitude. Once again it will hurting other people who heard it, and making other people to believed it, and it will become an issue of racism of making fight between race or religion.

During the entire event,  I'm enjoying the process of being accepted by others, enjoying the moment of sitting with other people who speak different language, who having different background , who having different culture, who puzzle why Malaysian always complaining about Malaysian, who delight of staying in this multi-culture country, who irritated about others people looking strange/ talking bad about your nationalist, and all of this people actually make me comfort when I starting to accept them into mine comfort zone and carefully listen on them.

Let's take a drive to what happening on this event.

There also one funny conversation of a 50 years old Malaysian lady with a British guys back in 195+ year. 

he said: "Are you  still living on tree??"

she said: "Ya, we still living on tree."

He said : "But how you all goes up and down"

she said: "By  elevator."

Irritated filthy public toilet, even we already paying money..

why people always talking phone in toilet?? e.g.:  should I flush or not??? if someone taking phone saying he was studying in room... This was damn funny la...flush or not ah??? HAHAHA

Lastly, I was happy to having a picture with this guy. Dr.Robert Bong, the Vice Chancellor of UCSI.. why I'm so happy on this?? He is a totally different kinda of VIP I meet. Why he so different??

Along the consecutive few days of this event, I was puzzle by him, why he always in this hall? Why he sitting alone at back and looking all of us?? For me, I always having a bad thought that this kind of VIP person always busy, not having time to be us, not care on any activities, as long I came for open ceremony and closing ceremony. But he totally opposite!! and I noticed he look tired as we are... On the closing ceremony speech, his voice changed, became rough and sore trout...  I'm touched at the moment as he really appreciate all the participants and facilitators... At least I felt this is an appreciated action by just accompany all of us!! 

Even thought is not on stage(name miss out>.<), but I really really proud with having chances be in photo with him !!!

I will Fight!!!!

Once again I'd inspired by the drama. A drama name "On Call 36 hours" , storyline about the life experiences of a bunch of practical doctors who will become real doctor in future. They have to always switch on the phone and be on duty for 36 hours. Pretty tough! Can the mentally be survive for it? That's why I always proud and repect on them. Even they have to facing the probability dead of people that lay on the operation bed. This is not a simple task, cause no one can be no feeling for a single life or even it is unrelated.

I learned something from few scene inside the drama. As an professional occupation, I cannot give up just because I haven't try our best to do it, haven't try to over exceed our limitation; I cannot said cannot do it and hard to do it if I didn't do more.

Even the probability to succeed is only the merely 0.001% chance and hope, I still cannot give up. Because someone is having faith on me, someone is expecting on me. If this is a huge burden for me, how about the burden of the one who having faith on me, he/she might suffering burden more than what I can imagine it. So if wan to compare it, I just far far away better then them.


So, I decided to acheive the 0.001% chances and hopes. I will Fight!!!!

USRP??? what is it? perhaps you have this kind of thought in first second when you are assigned to do it.

This time I would like to talk a bit about technology stuff, which also assemble what i currently working on it and study on all the relating journal...

 YUP!! I'm an engineer!! A truly engineer that study in the past 6 year... hahaha, I proud of how come i can barely survive until today...

USRP is a electronic device that can communicate over space in simple definition. In other word, it is a tool that can working along various spectrum and modulation scheme platform that allow us to improve of nowadays congestion spectrum utilization. Pretty confuse right!!! (I barely can imagine the pop up of many question mark in your head now...lols..XD)

Let's have a simple example. Imagine you have to queue up very time you pay toll or every time you pay in supermarket. What if you only have cash and you cannot go to touch and go. What if you only have credit card and no cash on hand, and you saw the cash payment counter is empty/short queue. You sure piss off and scold on the stupid service/technology!!! (Hey, admit that even you said no, people around you are...) That what happen in this century, a century which people cannot wait for it, people wan fast; wan perfection; wan efficient, wan more that what having now...  So, a system/technology is develop so that you can using one card or even nothing just thumbprint scan to pay all payment no matter you line up at where... pretty cool right!! and you can save time as you no have much time to waste!!!

In short, people are eager running up on chasing thing make life more perfect and better!! That's why a system or technology is needed to feed the needs, and solve all the limitation...  That's why engineer are born, to solve all the barrier and limitation and feed on society's demands. From that, we can make money and do more better stuff.... haha.. It's just like a cycle of supply and demand..

This is a USRP. 

Don't see it black and small like useless. Frankly, it very useful as you can use to invade other people conversation/data!!     Cost USD $450 !!! (no included external component)
