Farewell 2012, Welcome 2013!

Time now is 1.17am morning of 01/01/2013, already one hour pass after the countdown celebration in Sutera Mall, Johor Bharu. Just in the merely few hour before the end of 2012, which pre-believe 2012 should be the end of world, yet thanks god we still breathing fresh air of 2013 in earth.

Yeah! I circle up a nice ending of 2012 dot!

Yup, 2012 had passed, but how exactly I did achieved in 2012? *counting goals...1,2,3,4----....* (secret, cannot be told here.) But a bit to reveals, 5/10. Barely average for me. What to do, mic work hard on 2013 la...

Yet, I still deeply wishing all mine friends did a awesome year backward and gradually settling feeling hopping to forward years with new blossom heart and big goals. All the bittersweet had pass and somehow believe the sweeten  are waiting in front of you.

A Waiting Night...

It's been long time that I pause mine finger on typing on Blog...
talking about blog..... suddenly have a desire to buy a chocolate coolblog, drink it in this coldly night in lab, while waiting the installation of software....

since i can't have it now, it might nice to put up here...

(just to kill the desire!!!)

Already been 3 weeks that I keep on burning midnight oil in lab for just installation...even tonight also, that why i had couple time to wrote this post....  what a tiring life...when this will be end???

Anyway, wanna just brief go back what happen in past few weeks back, especially some highlight moment that shall be left ink on here:

1. convocation just done last few days... It's was so happy and proud. happy to meet back those friends, which knew after this might hard to have such kind of gathering... or even close talk. Proud to wear up the square black hat(convo's hat), and also family come to celebrate and watched the ceremony. Felt hurry because have to arrange and bring family around here...of course spend crazy time with friends. And felt lost at the end of days, where everyone back to origin and me have to back to research...yawn!!!

-think to put convocation phote here, but there was too much!!! to be fair for others pic as well, so just go and see in mine FB pages...lols

2. having great chance to attend a conference last week, but this time conference did have a bit differences compare previously, at least not a motivation one. It is the first conference and also International conference that I went to hear the speaker talk about their innovation and creation on wireless technology. Really open mine minds towards the universal of creation and intellectual, gain a lots of information and ideas towards mine research, as well give me a little bright of hope.. :D

USRP??? what is it? perhaps you have this kind of thought in first second when you are assigned to do it.

This time I would like to talk a bit about technology stuff, which also assemble what i currently working on it and study on all the relating journal...

 YUP!! I'm an engineer!! A truly engineer that study in the past 6 year... hahaha, I proud of how come i can barely survive until today...

USRP is a electronic device that can communicate over space in simple definition. In other word, it is a tool that can working along various spectrum and modulation scheme platform that allow us to improve of nowadays congestion spectrum utilization. Pretty confuse right!!! (I barely can imagine the pop up of many question mark in your head now...lols..XD)

Let's have a simple example. Imagine you have to queue up very time you pay toll or every time you pay in supermarket. What if you only have cash and you cannot go to touch and go. What if you only have credit card and no cash on hand, and you saw the cash payment counter is empty/short queue. You sure piss off and scold on the stupid service/technology!!! (Hey, admit that even you said no, people around you are...) That what happen in this century, a century which people cannot wait for it, people wan fast; wan perfection; wan efficient, wan more that what having now...  So, a system/technology is develop so that you can using one card or even nothing just thumbprint scan to pay all payment no matter you line up at where... pretty cool right!! and you can save time as you no have much time to waste!!!

In short, people are eager running up on chasing thing make life more perfect and better!! That's why a system or technology is needed to feed the needs, and solve all the limitation...  That's why engineer are born, to solve all the barrier and limitation and feed on society's demands. From that, we can make money and do more better stuff.... haha.. It's just like a cycle of supply and demand..

Don't see it black and small like useless. Frankly, it very useful as you can use to invade other people conversation/data!!     Cost USD $450 !!! (no included external component)

"No Plastics Bags" rule- funny incidents

While the Malaysian Government has already implemented the “No Plastic Bags” rule on all Saturdays, it is still interesting to see how shoppers react with the realisation that they will not be getting plastic bags to put in their groceries. 

Let's share a few funny quotes/incidents we have encountered.

#10 – (Lady at Tesco)“No plastic bags? Can I borrow some and return tomorrow instead?”

#9 – (Man buying some boxes of chocolates) “Can I have a rubber band instead?”

#8 – (Man at Cold Storage )..“But I just bought some DVDs and those people can still give the black plastic bags to me!.”

#7 – (Man buying condoms at Guardian. Looks at cashier.) “.. *shame*..can at least give me something to cover up?”

#6 – (Old man at Carrefour ) Did not say anything. Just left things at the counter and walk away without paying.

#5 – (Man tries to chat up to cashier at Jusco) "..your boss is not here.. can quickly give me a few? Please??”

#4 – (Auntie at Tesco) “But I Singapore lang leh.. (???!!!)”

#3 – (Teenager at Tesco) “Can I have some paperbag instead?

#2 – (Auntie at Carrefour talking to cashier) “Eh Sir, can you bring these things to my car for me?”

All these are in virtual process, but it did bond within us in a million, billion, or even more people.
